I am running to represent the 7th Ward because I believe in building a more inclusive, transparent, and equitable Evanston—one that values the voice of every resident. In listening to my fellow Evanstonians, I hear concerns that we no longer control our own city. People sense that opaque decision-making and unchecked development are eroding trust and will strain our neighborhoods. I hear even graver concerns about a lack of leadership on important issues ranging from zoning to affordable housing to the state of our public schools. By drawing on my background in law and technology and on my commitment to public service, I aim to bring fresh perspectives to City Council. Above all, I promise to be a tireless advocate for residents and local businesses, a responsible steward of public resources, and a champion for the many unique communities that make up our ward.
